The other day Ted was playing on the playground while Jack and Tom practiced baseball. About an hour into it, Ted came running to me crying hysterically. Another boy had hit him on the head…hard. So, I take Ted by the hand and march over the confront the boy and his parents. I said, “I’m SURE this boy would like to apologize to you for hitting you on the head.” With Ted standing there crying and the boy standing opposite, emotionless, the dad freaks out…”WHAT, YOU HIT HIM IN THE HEAD???!!!” and picks his son up by the head. At that point, I was making excuses for the boy that hit Ted. On the way home, I told Ted that he did the right thing by coming and getting me, but if that same boy hits him again, he is to lay him out flat - no exceptions. Some people (countries) don’t respond to logic, for whatever reason - only to fear and power. In some instances, mom would tell you to do what you have to do.

I am kind of excited to see Sarah Pailin and Joe Biden debate. man, is palin gettin’ put through the ringer. I kinda liked Obama when he was Mr. Optimism. Now he’s a shi-sher like everyone else. McCain has quite a story…the guy deserves to be President, but I don’t know. I’m tired of America blowing up everything and everyone. that shit is gonna come back to haunt us one day I think. Remember what your mom told you as a kid…I don’t care what it was…just think of something. Now…think…does your country as the way your mom told you how to act. the answer is no, so therefore,

“Fuck em both”

We are all gonna need each other’s help someday. think about your neighbors for a second. When you really need something and don’t want to go to the store, isn’t it nice to borrow from a neighbor? In a world where everyone feels good doing nice things for people, it seems like we all go out of our way to do the opposite. Just do something nice today…anything, but make it exceptionally nice (like don’t jsut compliment someone’s shoes) and see what happens. It may sound stupid and trivial, but that shit works.

If we were smart enough we would have a mathematical equation that could explain it. Einstein would have gotten there eventually. Maybe he did, who knows. He figured out early in life that all his knowledge was being used for all the wrong reasons. I suspect he never shared his best thoughts and ideas with anyone. he just let them roll around in that big ol’ head of his and had a great big belly laugh about it.

I just watched the whole Rattle and HUm on Sunday. It is good. did you see that movie, Across the Universe? Bono does this one again. i kinda liked the movie and the versions of all the beatles songs

It s a forumn for intoxication. It had some legs those first few hours, but then it hit a slump. My bother in law helps me wiht this, but we have been neglecting it. Lets stay focused though….tumblr, you tube, facebook, tumblr, you tube, facebook, feed the kids, tumbr, facebook, give little johnny a bath. what are your kids’ names anyway? I’m guess at least 2 of them have music tied to their names.
